RESOURCE MOBILISATION WORKSHOP FOR CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANISATIONS.

About this Resource

From May 15th to 16th, 2025, the Rwanda Civil Society Platform (RCSP) hosted a two-day Resource Mobilization Workshop at the Grand Legacy Hotel in Kigali, bringing together 20 Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) from across the country. The workshop was facilitated by Empowering People and Organizations (EPO COMPANY LTD), and aimed to strengthen participants’ knowledge and skills in developing sustainable resource mobilization strategies. With a focus on practical tools, peer-to-peer learning, and emerging digital fundraising practices, the workshop provided a collaborative space for CSOs to explore innovative approaches and tools to resource mobilization. This initiative marked a significant step toward building resilient organizations capable of mobilizing the resources required to implement their programs and drive long-term and sustainable impact within their communities.
